Carrera had a flourishing wholesale business, but no direct-to-consumer business in North America, so I got to help the Italian-based marketing team and US-based merchandising team build the channel from the ground up. This project spanned the entire website build-out and launch. I worked with their marketing team and our design team to adapt the European site experience for a US audience, drove app selection and the Shopify site build, and managed pre-launch QA.

Because of their storied design heritage, and skiing and racing roots, my favorite part was building the content for the US audience.
